This is an interesting project that bridges our general building and development disciplines. An old garage stood on this good-sized garden plot in Ensbury Park. We agreed to build the owner a new chalet-style home (on the left) as part of a development project to also build a pair of semi-detached properties (on the right) for our own business. They have since been sold. It shows how flexible we can be in defining and building development projects.
